At Ranchy Queen Boutique, we strive to provide quality products and carefully inspect each order before it ships.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Personal preference
• Items purchased during sales or promotions

If you receive an item that is damaged or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@ranchyqueenboutique.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or do not have their original tags attached are not eligible for replacement.
